Live 2 Live AI Companion App

This Privacy Policy describes how Live 2 Live ("Live 2 Live," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Live 2 Live AI Companion mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy applies only to the App and does not cover any e-commerce website or physical product purchases.

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with its terms.


1. Information We Collect

We collect limited personal information necessary to operate and improve the App.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address for account identification, authentication, communication, and subscription management. You may optionally provide a display name, which does not need to reflect your real identity.

User-Generated Content

When you interact with the AI companion, you generate conversational content. These conversations are processed to provide the AI companion functionality. Conversations are intended to be private to you unless you voluntarily share content in community or social features.

Usage and Technical Data

We automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including device type, operating system, app version, crash data, and basic usage analytics to ensure app stability, performance, and security.

Payment and Subscription Data

For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, Live 2 Live does not collect or store your full payment details. Payment information is handled directly by Apple or Google. We may receive limited transaction metadata, such as subscription status and renewal dates.


2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the App and AI companion services
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts
  • Process subscriptions and manage billing status
  • Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience
  • Communicate service-related notices, including trial reminders and policy updates
  • Protect against fraud, misuse, and security threats

We do not use AI conversation content for advertising purposes.


3. AI Conversation Data

AI conversations are processed to generate responses and maintain context within the App. Conversation data is not sold and is not shared with advertisers. We do not require users to provide sensitive personal information during conversations.

While conversations are intended to be private, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of digital communication.


4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the App, such as:

  • Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers
  • Analytics providers for performance monitoring
  • Customer support tools

For subscriptions, Apple and Google process payments in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We do not sell personal data.


5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal and operational requirements.
